Oil Recovery Services arrow IPRC Lab

lab technicianIPRC maintains an emulsion testing facility at its Houston headquarters for bench-scale screening of commercial MST applications.

We also maintain field demonstration equipment having emulsion feed capacities from 100 to 1000 barrels per day (about 3-30 gpm), including a self-contained, fully independent trailer requiring only process tie-ins for feed and final processed oil, water and solids.

IPRC engineers are eager to discuss your emulsion handling interests and will explain how MST can help achieve your goals and optimize your process. emulsion separation example

If MST is not a good fit, we will tell you that too. If, however, you and IPRC agree there is both technical and economic merit to further develop your project, the next step might be either a site visit for IPRC to learn more about your needs, or testing of your emulsion in our lab or at your site.

Please, give us a call, or use the electronic form below to learn more.
